Charlie lies on his bed and shivers. He's sweating to the point that his t-shirt is damp. He pulls off his sweatshirt and kicks off his shoes, then pulls his sweatshirt back on.

It occurs to him this is more than letting himself get too cold today, but it's too tiring to move and seek help.

Instead, he just lies there.
