It's just a ring.

I've worn rings before. I'm wearing one now.

But it's heavy with meaning and while I don't want to take it off, I'm not sure I can keep it on.

We have to talk about this.

I just don't know what I should say.

[ooc: It all just came out of nowhere yesterday--Charlie is quietly freaking out, and poor David is just confused and heartbroken.

Charlie may need the TMNT action figure. Yes.]
