"Yes, exactly. It's not a complete evening without breathing and kissing."

"Breathing and making out," he clarifies.

"Oh, yes. Making out." He traces down Darien's chest through his t-shirt, smiling. "Very important distinction, that."

He nods.

"Kissing doesn't involve the groping."

"And the groping makes it all worth while," Charlie says with a nod. "Touching is a vital part of any marriage."

He nods before putting his hands carefully around Charlie's legs and pulling him closer, flush. "Wanna head for the couch, babe?"

"Carry me!" Charlie says, beaming.

Which would be a yes.

And Charlie is summarily carried... to a wall. Where there is kissing for a moment before they make it to the couch.

"Not hungry?"

"Not for cucumbers," Charlie whispers before employing his tongue elsewhere.

His hands tighten on Charlie's arms, where they seem to have moved since putting him down.

And then licks it extravagantly.

Darien's brain is out for the moment. Regular service will resume when Charlie stops licking.

Charlie goes to work on Darien's neck, and there's a guitar-string-calloused hand sneaking under the tight t-shirt.

He groans now and leans up against Charlie's touch.

"Love you," slips out of there.

"Love you too," Charlie murmurs and whoops, there goes Darien's shirt onto the floor.
